Greg came out to my house about six or so months ago. I had a musty smell coming from my windows in my upstairs bedrooms. He went out in the roof and found that when my siding was done with the trim work, no caulking on the sill part was done. Another company other than Greg’s did the siding. I caulked the area and the musty smell went away. I appreciate his knowledge and professionalism. I will use this company in the future!! Mary

We had a leak in the kitchen frank had a roof crew out in 3 days and finished in 1 day. Thank you to The Third estimate and Frank for rushing my project.

From initial estimate (Joe) to scheduling(Erica/Marvin), install (wish I remembered window and siding installers names!) To final dumpster removal I received good customer care. We had a couple hiccups along the way, which are expected with renovations, yet this group addressed them and my concerns within a timely manner. Everyone was courteous, professional and dealt with all my questions graciously! My house looks great, ty!!

Thank goodness for The 3rd Estimate! I called regarding roof damage from wind, and they promised to take care of us, and they have been great so far. They sent us Joe Micco, and he explained to us what happened on our roof, showed us pictures, handled our insurance company, and our new roof will be on soon. Been a very bad year with horrible winds, so glad for a company like this and people like Joe who care for their clients.

We did a front entry door and the representative Zac that came out to the house was very knowledgeable about the door. There was no clean up after the door was installed. Mike and Tayshawn did a wonderful job and were very nice.
