My son Patrick needed to replace his windows and a house. He was flipping in Norton Ohio. I called the third estimate and they sent Chuck out. The windows are great and the price was fair. I will use them again in the future thank you Chuck and third estimate.

Excellent sales and service! The installation was beautiful and the installer Mike is a real expert. Our sales rep who came to the house was very helpful, as were the office staff during phone conversations. I would recommend this company to my friends.

Product excellent. Instnstallation done in a professional and timely manner. Completed project looks great! Issues with communication. Product was delivered without a call, email, or text. Luckily we were home. Dumpster was delivered, job postponed dumpster was supposed to be removed, it was not. Calls to company did not resolve issue. Billing process has not been resolved. Several phone calls and left messages have not resolved problem. I asked for an invoice to be mailed to my residence. Has not arrived after two weeks. Em... read more

They were great. Great service, always followed up and fair pricing. They worked with the insurance co. directly as well. The installers worked in tough condition without complaint. Would highly recommend The 3rd Estimate!
