With dows took slightly longer thg o be I stalled than expected but once job started ot was completed in the time that I was told. Workers were curtious and efficient. Project manager even came to check on work done.

The salesman I worked with who did not do a a high pressure sales pitch on me. He came and gave me a quote, said to think about it and followed up with a phone call the next week. 3rd Estimate had replaced my neighbors roof in the winter cold due to an emergency. I was impressed with their responsiveness. The estimate 3rd Estimate gave me was in line with a reasonable price. They also had a small portion of gutter replaced for me. Our estimate, sales rep, Installation were all exactly what we wanted from a roofer. The clean up was great and price was fair. I will use them again on next projects.

We worked with Chuck Y . He was very professional and very nice. Everything he said he was going to do, from getting in contact w our insurance agent to getting the job done was done in record time. His crew was so professional too. And they were done tearing off and completely replacing the roof in one day. And cleaning up everything to where u didn't even know they were there. Very good job. I gave three stars only because the beginning of the service and dealing with my insurance company was great. I chose this company out of many because the person sent to my door was a good sales man and did not ignore me. Well that changed after they bothered me for a down deposit and haven’t been able to get them since. We have no idea when the project would even start because we were promised samples to be brought out. They were awesome! Allstate just wanted to patch certain areas of my roof, but Third Estimate knew i needed a new roof. It took some time, but we eventually got my insurance to agree on getting a new roof for my home. Other roofing companies just quoted what a new roof or patching would cost, but Third Estimate worked the claim with me and got me what I wanted from my insurance.
