After all, job well done. Five rating is for Tom Tarter, the Salesman, who did the initial inspection, worked with us to file a claim and stood by our side as an expert to interact with the insurance adjuster. He walked us through the process up until signing of the Work Authorization Agreement and collection of the initial check. Right from our first contact thru the salesmen, Perry, and then meeting the owner, Steve as he took the final measurements, we knew we made the right choice. My experience with The Third Estimate Corp was very good. There was communication between the two of us. The work was done on time with no problems. It was a pleasure working with them. Our salesmen, was very polite and considerate, My house and garage was completed in one day, it took them 9 hours and everything looks beautiful! They did a complete clean-up before they left. Yes, we would use them again!

work was quoted and completed in a timely fashion roof was torn off and replaced in 1 day and all was cleaned up and the crew was gone by 4;15pm

Overall the company was good, but there were two issues that concerned me. One was scheduling problems and a failure to communicate times and dates. Those glitches cause me some major problems. The other, and more serious problem was when the crew left one of my properties (I had roofs put on three different houses at the same time.), the heavy dumpster cracked my very pristine concrete driveway in two large blocks. Had 32 windows replaced in century home. For the first time in 20+ years of hiring contractors to work on our homes, I had zero issues with this company completing the work exactly as promised. Their team was professional, courteous and friendly. They showed up to the job on time and I did not have to clean up after them. After a less than positive experience with another company after using them to replace 10 windows and a door, The Third Estimate gave us a realistic and reasonable price to conclude replacing the last 6 windows. Company representatives (sales, measuring, and installation) were all on time which was very much appreciated.
