Vacation Company did a great job! Excellent communication,supplied everything we needed and the condo was clean. We really appreciated the beach towels.
The vacation home was in great condition, very clean, and updated recently. Furnishings were clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water( instant, tankless heater), and comfortable beds. A short flight of stairs to walk up to the living areas, and an open floor plan. We chose the upper level so as not to be disturbed by any neighbors above us, and worked out well for us. Plenty of parking. Short 8 to 10 minute walk to beach. Close to restaurants, shopping. Enjoyed our stay.
We have been coming to Hilton Head for years and have rented through many rental agencies. First time using Vacation Company and they are 5 stars best experience we have ever had. They have small touches which surpass the competitors any issues that arise they had somebody on it within minutes. Will definitely use them again!!! Great experience
Everything was great, very easy and everyone was very helpful. Definitely one of the best experiences and stays.
Overall a great experience. One exception was no AC in the bedroom where 4 kids were to sleep.
Beautiful space very close to the ocean. Walking distance to Coligny. Such a great space for a big family.
The agents at The Vacation Company were excellent to work with every step of the way! Our rental (10 Brigantine), was impeccably clean. We couldn't get in right @ 4:00, but it was the busiest weekend on HHI, so we totally understood. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The home owners provided bikes, beach gear, games, etc. & a very short walk to the beach! Awesome!
