We will always call the Vacation Company when we visit Hilton Head! They found the perfect beachfront home for our family! We were very pleased with the accommodations, and they were incredibly responsive when we needed a repair!
We’ve used Vacation Company twice and will use them again. They are very friendly and responsive. We had a problem with a shower door and they fixed it the same day we called. Only minor complaint we have is that the house was missing the starter pack of kitchen cleaning supplies.
Wonderful to work with. Located on the island so quick responses and “right there if you need them”. Great company. Provides all extra amenities ( like tide pods, dishwashing pods, shampoo,soap etc.). They really take care of you! Highly recommend!!!
Beautiful home. Had issues with 1st floor private bath in master suite. Tub stopper doesn’t work. Elevator doors hard to open. Elevator has a musty odor.
