Beautiful spacious apartment, recently and nicely renovated , very well equipped.
What a perfect home & location for our family vacation! One block in from the ocean, with a beach access 3 houses down…that was easy to get to the beach any time of day. The home was spacious and included ensuite rooms with baths + 2 - ½ baths which was especially nice for our multigenerational group. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, with more pots than we could possibly use, and we had all the dinners in house. This vacation home was the CLEANEST beach home we have ever stayed at, either on Hilton Head or on the Outer Banks! The Vacation Company's staff is very responsive & helpful as well.

Great communication. Everything was as advertised except tennis center passes which we never received. Our tennis player stayed home so it didn’t affect us.
Exceptional vacation! Though we have visited the island countless times over the years, this is the first time we have stayed in a property managed by The Vacation Company. Everything was outstanding as far as communication and ease of the check-in/departure process. The property itself was incredible and so nicely decorated, furnished and maintained. It suited our family of four perfectly and we were delighted by everything it offered.
