I have had two recent experiences with The Vertical Connection and I couldn't be happier with the process and the products received. The first was replacement stairway carpet and the second, Hunter Douglas automatic duettes. Steve steered us in the right direction both times. We had Adam come our home for an estimate on replacing our carpet with a Luxury vinyl product. I had planned on getting 3 estimates but I was comfortable with Adam, the price and the company so we decided to go for it. The scheduling & installation team was outstanding, very happy with the finished product. Great people work here.
Top notch company from the initial quote to completion. We used The Vertical Connection to upgrade flooring all throughout our home (both LVP and carpet) ahead of placing our house on the market. Great service throughout our project. Vertical Connection replaced our carpeted stairs with wood & stained the steps and our new handrail to match. David A. helped us define the project. I love the Silouette blinds that Vertical Connection installed in my home. We had extra large windows and the blinds work great!
