We had a fantastic experience with the entire Vertical Connection Carpet team. From selection, purchase, guidance, waiting for us to identify the right time for installation, and the installation crew itself... all excellent! No pressure, fantastic products, and putting the customer first. We addressed our needs in 3 bedrooms, and are looking at using The Vertical Connection elsewhere in our home. We highly recommend The Vertical Connection.
I love working with the Vertical Connection! They are extremely knowledgeable and have a tremendous selection of products. If you can't find it at the Vertical Connection then it's probably not worth having. The service is also top rate. From the sales and selection process to the delivery and installation the Vertical Connection is First Class.
Called for an in-home consult for new LVP flooring since we are just lifting the stay at home order. Nick came out a few days later with samples. He was very thorough and we decided on the project that day. The installers started the next week, did a great job with the flooring and came back the next week and finished the trim and the stairs. We love our floors! Chose it for the dogs and the wood feel is warm and cushioned.
We have had some issues with our Hunter Douglas remote-controlled blinds. Vertical Connection has been with us all the way in trying to get the issue resolved - even past the warrantee time period. We appreciate their interest in getting us to delighted.
We have used the Vertical Connection for over 20 years. Their professionalism and the work they do is always amazing. We very recently tiled a bathroom, carpeted our steps and hallway and thought we’d be putting a wood floor in our bedroom and unfortunately the floor in one area had settled too much for flooring to be used. With 2 phone calls, the men doing the work had arranged for carpet that matched the carpet in the all to be picked up and everything was still Installed the same day. I can highly recommend Vertical Connection! We used them a few years ago for a dining room area rug and just recently used them for a new living room area rug. My sales person, Steve, was beyond patient with me as I think I looked at every sample in the store! You will not be disappointed!
