On Tuesday, 14 Mar 2023, my wife and I had a new 6 foot fence put in our backyard by Elliott and his crew. Elliott introduced himself to us, asked me to follow him to the backyard to verify the work to be done and asked if I had any questions or concerns. My Dealings with Vinyl Outlet went perfectly. I called to get a estimate on Monday, Signed the contract on Tuesday and the railings were installed on the following Monday. The senior installer John and his partner arrived on time and went right to work. Never took a break an did a perfect install. All railings look perfect and before they left they checked and wiped down any dirt on the vinyl. Great Job !

We needed a gate and fence for our puppy and Grandchildren at our property. We had a great experience with the vinyl outlet. I really want to let people know about our experience. We originally told Tony and crew to have our gate swing out toward our driveway. We realized a day after they finished we wanted the gate to swing in the opposite direction. We had Vinyl Outlet install a fence for us in 2016 and most recently a porch. Both installations were flawless and have greatly improved the curb appeal of our home.
The Vinyl Outlet built a beautiful deck across the back of my house. I absolutely love it! All of the guys were very professional and polite. I highly recommend them for quality work! Everyone from the office, customer service dept, the installers and the coordinators were very nice and helpful. I can’t say enough good things.
Over a year after the Vinyl Outlet installed a fence and porch at my parents home, I remain very impressed by the quality of their products. The fence and porch still look brand new even after the massive winter storms we just experienced. I would still highly recommend using the Vinyl Outlet for all of your outdoor projects!
