The Vinyl Outlet, installed my porch railings in 2010. 6 years later, they look as good as they did the day the were installed. We recently decided to install 250 feet of privacy fence in our back yard. Again, The Vinyl Outlet installed a beautiful job. I couldn't be happier with my completed project. Next summer, we will finally install our dream deck. The Vinyl Outlet will again be our first choice.

We could not be happier with our new deck! The team came out April 7,8,&9 2016 and tore down our old second story deck made in 1991 and replaced it with new decking materials. The team even came back to wash mud off the deck and reinforce the stairs. They cleaned up perfectly and gave us a sample of the cleaning solution we should you. I was happy with the promptness of the construction and the workers who worked in a cold and snowy morning. Their price was reasonable and service prompt. Couldn't ask for a better job done!
I had a vinyl front porch installed on 7/15/22 and paid $10,950 it isn't even 3 months old and a piece of the bottom step broke off it is not near any grass it is in front of a cement sidewalk and they will not replace or repair it told me to glue the piece back on so much a warranty for bad material

Absolutely do NOT purchase your fence from this company! If I could give it a half star I would. I have nothing positive to say. They will not respond to your phone calls, you will have to go to the business to get anyone to address your problems. The warranty is non-existent, you will pay dearly for any needed repairs that are clearly the fault of the installers. Horrible. Met with a guy twice to get a quote then finalize the contract for a full porch redo. My current porch is in horrible shape and caving in. The guy said they would take out all the concrete and start over like we wanted. A week before they came to finalize everything and they said they would be going over our caving in porch to a vinyl porch for 15,000 they were going to just put this over a porch that was caving in. I paid a LOT of money for a vinyl fence for my backyard, which supposedly had a warranty. I just recently told them that I have a small hole in my fence, which actually looks like it was made by a rock (?) bullet (?) I don't know but whatever the case, it is a hole about the size of a nickel. So, the person responds that it is going to be $219 + tax to fix that hole. Vicki the office mgr. from Vinyl Outlet Cheektowaga, basically did a "bait & switch" on me the day the work was to begin. I had received an on-site quote to replace my posts and railings. It was discussed with the Designer (Dayton), that the posts would be reinforced underneath & mounted on the decking top. When the workers arrived they said "Vicky" told them to put sleeves over the existing posts! This was NEVER discussed! At first I was very impressed with the work that was done. I had a porch installed. It cost $7,000 so clearly not cheap. I had solar lights installed and shortly after the solar lights weren’t working. The customer service representative told me to replace the batteries. We hung up and when I tried to follow his instructions to remove the part to replace the batteries I was not able to remove the part.
