Worst customer service ever! I submitted my information through their contact page and never got a call or email back. I showed up at their location to see if I could get an estimate. The guy was so rude! He said he couldn't help me, that this location was only the warehouse and that I had to call customer service for an estimate instead. How are they even in business?
Scheduled appointment for 12pm on 4/26/21 and company was a no call, no show. Red flag was when representative asked if there where any other decision makers who needed to be present. Why would a contractor ask such a question in 2021 and would a non-decision maker request an estimate. Would not recommend to other female homeowners.
I had someone come out to my home to give me an estimate for a LARGE deck. I knew it was going to be pricey, the guy comes out and I start explaining to him what I would like, and I was saying “we” meaning my husband and I. Before I could even finish telling him what I wanted, he yelled a quote at me and told me we won’t talk about anything without your husband. He kept saying how big the deck was, we went to show me all the samples in the back of his car, throwing them around talking down any product that wasn’t their newes... read more
Worst contractor of ever seen. Put the fence up and left holes on the neighbors side and when the representative saw the damage he said we don't fix that. They could have had another $10,000 job but no way
They came in April to put in a new gate and left gapping holes in my blacktop. I wrote a letter to their headquarters and sent pictures of the damage. Also, while they were there, they adjusted my existing fence (took them 8 months to get here), and damaged the bottom of my fence in the process. A representative came out to investigate, but would not cover the repair to my blacktop, but said they will replace the damaged fence. Horrible service. Called in April with a problem and was told next time crew near us would come look. When I called and asked if they had no business in South Buffalo all summer I was rudely told I wasn’t told that. They also later told me I didn’t need to take pictures and they would get to me after they got through the storm repairs from an early October wind storm. I contracted them for a small porch railing job. They want someone home the day of the job to make sure of post positioning. I have take two days offf from work to be there and they have cancelled my appointment for service at the last minute. The first was the day of the appointment and the second was the day before. Originally had a fence put it. Ended up getting a double gate installed. They failed to install anchor rods for the drop rods attached to gates. After a windy day in the spring with wet ground, the gates were damaged as the wind was applying pressure on the gates. There should have been no damage. But since there was nothing to hold the gates in place (no anchor rods installed), once the locking mechanism on the gates broke off, the gates were eventually swinging wildly and suffered damage. The Vinyl Outlet installed a wraparound porch deck on my home. The service was fast and I love the look of my deck however the service to repair has been a nightmare. The scheduling clerk is either away from her desk, in the back with installer and will call you back which doesn't happen ever. Each message too numerous to count was never returnedI've been waiting a year to get plank repaired and crack cap replaced. Solar light has been replaced twice.
