I had an old rotting wooden picket fence replaced by a new vinyl picket one from The Vinyl Outlet. Once the fence was installed, I had the crew move a shorter cut panel from the middle of the fence to the panel next to the garage. I am very satisfied with the appearance of the finished product. My only feedback is the crew could have saved themselves some time if they'd consulted me on the placement of the cut panel as opposed to making the decision themselves and then having to remedy it. I had a fence installed several years ago, the sales team was very informative and had answers to all my questions, the ops manager who came to coordinate my fence was very knowledgeable and made sure all my concerns were addressed and quickly. With the storm that just happened at the end of December I had some damage to one of the sections of my fence. Recently The Vinyl Outlet installed a fence across the back of my yard. We chose a premium color because it's next to our pool. We are so happy we did. They came the day they said they would, on time! The installation was fast and with no mess. This fence is the focal point of our yard and we could not be happier. They even used a picture of it in one of their ads. I would highly recommend them!
I am a 3 times vinyl outlet customer. First my fence, then my deck and lastly my railings! All 3 jobs are beautiful. If I can find another exterior vinyl project to do, I would have them do it! 10 out of 10 every time!
