GREAT SERVICE VISIT! The communication leading up to our appointment was fantastic. We received a reminder text the day before, another the morning of, and our technician even called 30 minutes before arriving to let us know he was on his way. Our technician, Mike Pressley, was wonderful. We have two ClimateMaster geothermal units, and Mike was incredibly knowledgeable and confident servicing them. I moved to a new place and realized the return air vent was making a resonant noise and thought it was a duct issue. Michael came out the next day and immediately knew it was the air flowing across the grate. He cleaned the grate and adjusted the louvers which completely silenced the noise. I was so grateful he knew exactly what it was and took complete care of it, even though the process was tedious. If I need HVAC service again I will absolutely request Michael every time.
Freddy gave my Air Conditioning System an inspection far more thorough and complete than any technician ever has. Freddy was quite impressive in his performance, and professionalism!
We selected Thiele after doing research for the best company in Central Indiana to replace our aging HVAC system and we weren’t disappointed. The moment our system quit working I called Thiele and a representative showed up several hours later. At 8:00am the next day we had a new a new system. The routine services are second to none. our technician was awesome and he checked everything thoroughly. He found an issue and let us know how to keep it from becoming an expensive problem. We always feel confident when we have our tune ups that we are in the best hands.
The service repairman was excellent. He took time to correctly determine the required repair. He explained the problem then ordered the part needed for the repair. He came back as soon as the part came in and installed it. It's worked great since.
Service Tech was very pleasant and polite and took great care of our equipment and went above and beyond what was expected and we pray that he will be the service rep the next time we have a need . Excellent Young Man. .
