our technician was awesome and he checked everything thoroughly. He found an issue and let us know how to keep it from becoming an expensive problem. We always feel confident when we have our tune ups that we are in the best hands.
The service repairman was excellent. He took time to correctly determine the required repair. He explained the problem then ordered the part needed for the repair. He came back as soon as the part came in and installed it. It's worked great since.
Service Tech was very pleasant and polite and took great care of our equipment and went above and beyond what was expected and we pray that he will be the service rep the next time we have a need . Excellent Young Man. .
