Your technician immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it, much to my relief.
I can only compare your service with other HVAC companies. I have used in the past. Your technician spent about 20 minutes at the Properties I booked. Chapman Heating and Air usually spends an hour. They vacuum out the furnace and the coils and your tech didn't. Price Point is a company that spends one and a half hours on their services. I will reconsider using Thiele for HVAC servicing.
The people that came out today was great I believe their names was Mike And Max super job They talk to us about everything they did so we understand. Our air condition has been out for a while and they got it working thank goodness. Thank you so much for your hard work. Terry and Francie Sands

Our technician took the time to raise up the pad that was under our a/c which was needed and much appreciated!
The salesmen were thorough and offered an excellent product at a good price. The installers were efficient, courteous, and very neat. The timeline from first contact to completed project was very fast.
