Your technician immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it, much to my relief.
I can only compare your service with other HVAC companies. I have used in the past. Your technician spent about 20 minutes at the Properties I booked. Chapman Heating and Air usually spends an hour. They vacuum out the furnace and the coils and your tech didn't. Price Point is a company that spends one and a half hours on their services. I will reconsider using Thiele for HVAC servicing.
The people that came out today was great I believe their names was Mike And Max super job They talk to us about everything they did so we understand. Our air condition has been out for a while and they got it working thank goodness. Thank you so much for your hard work. Terry and Francie Sands
