Estimate, service and installation were fast and efficient. Pleased with the end result. Price was a little higher than I thought (isn't it always?) but we were able to negotiate it down a bit.
On time , easy to schedule appointments. Friendly and efficient technician.
Excellent service. Told me exactly what they were going to do, showed me everything they did after they completed the work and noted if I had any problems, they would come back out to fix.

The man was very professional, knew what to do and completed i the check-up very well. Could not have been better.
DJ did a great job checking out and adjusting the furnace. Would welcome him back to work on the furnace anytime.

Serviceman showed up on time and got right to work. He not only replaced the "board" that was worn out but found where the exhaust pipe was leaking carbon monoxide and fixed that too. He cleaned the furnace out and in doing so found a dead bat! The bottom line is that the furnace is running just fine now as I expect it will for the rest of the winter.
Tech was knowledgeable and pleasant. Courteous and respectful of my home.
