we called in the morning and someone came out in the afternoon of the same day to address our problem. DJ was very professional and explained everything to us as he looked for our problem. He found an overload and fixed the problem. In past 2 weeks of extremely hot weather, we are cool and comfy in our home. Thanks Thiele!
Our AC compressor started making strange noises, so I shut the AC off and called Thiele. We were in a heat spell, and the technicians were booked solid. Thiele said they could make it out in 2 days, and they did. I turned the Central Air on, took the technician to the furnace, and then to the compressor. The fan was running backwards, creating a hissing and strange noise. The technician replaced the capacitor, and the fan started blowing in the correct direction. Excellent! ! Took care the the water leaking from the pipe connecting to furnace. Used a different glue than was previously used. And also noticed the dehumidifier another company had sold us, was not connected & was in a very unusual place, so without charge, repositioned it to more appropriate location and showed me filter needed cleaning & then he turned it on for me & was able to locate it near our drainage area, avoiding a long rubber extension on the floor.
