Three oaks staff has always been helpful and considerate. They take good care of my husband. I’ve had a few bad ones in the past but the ones I have now like Martha and Bill and Rebecca as nurses and Destiny are all so good to both my husband and me.

Yke our nurse is always responsive and up to date on mom’s condition. Appreciate the bath aide that ensures mom is clean and groomed and has her supplies. Could use improvement in a couple of areas: communication to facility if bath aide is not coming or is late so they can help get mom up and dressed and communicating with James L West pharmacy on moms drug list so I am not billed for meds covered by hospice. Finally, I don’t understand why hospice costs billed to Medicare are so much higher than previous hospice. Hopefully... read more

Everything was great and everyone was friendly and helpful. I just wish they would have come to help me move him to change sheet when he threw up all over the bed. . I was told to call lift assist with fire department and they were not too happy to assist.

My mother's death process was not what I was emotionally, mentally, or physically prepared for. As my mom's health had declined, I had actually joined some Facebook support groups, and I was terrified because so many complained about the lack of support from their hospice providers. Although we all shared in the pain and grief, I was so grateful to have the sweetest and most compassionate nurses at Three Oaks! They made sure she had everything she needed. The staff at Three Oaks Hospice is top shelf, the best I could hope for in this challenging time of caring for my wife of over 4 decades. They are always responsive, caring and cooperative in scheduling and performing their duties for my wife who suffers from late stage Alzheimer's. Hats off to the whole team.
