It's very disappointing the multiple times I've called for an appointment due to unexpected circumstances I have been told they can't see my dog for weeks. AND I PAY A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE. I have since taken my business elsewhere and cancelled the membership. I just want others to beware. Don't bring your pet here and don't get the membership. Hi Lauren, we do apologize for the negative experience you had trying to get your pet in. Appointments are always recommended but at many of our locations, we can sometimes accept walk-ins. However we always recommend calling before walking in to confirm if we can see your pet and how long the wait may be, since availability depends on the schedule for the day. Only go here if you plan on going for a wellness visit and DO NOT get the membership! My dogs have had eye and bleeding problems in the past two weeks but Thrive did not even offer to see them within a few days they offered appointments weeks out!!! They do NOT care about your animals. You will have to take them elsewhere for sick visits, therefore the membership fee will not be worth it. Affordable one visit, not the next. Got charged $15 for nail clipping on a small dog a few months ago, today it was $30. Told that the extra $15 is for tech exam. The price they give when you call is $15.
