This place used to be decent, staff is very kind. But it sucks when they don't feel confident in their abilities and send you to their Sister facilities- that mishandle the animals resulting in painful deaths (my animal is not the only pet harmed) at their Sister facility Saint Frances. I cannot recommend this place.

I went to the clinic in Woodstock, Georgia when it was open. I had a great experience with the doctor. She was actually wonderful. I I went there two times1 of the times she was there. Pretty good too my 13 year-old beautiful cat I was told was dying. He had cancer of their mouth. This doctor was so great that she wanted to give me a little more time with him and she did give me medication prednisone and gabapentin. when I did give it to my kitty with he acted like he came back to life. This place is a scam. They don't care about pets. They are rude, irresponsible, incompetent and are only interested in up-selling. They make you wait for incredibly important results. Don't take your beloved pets to these corporate clowns.

Booked an appointment for Saturday 11/11 for my cat with high levels of travel anxiety. It took me nearly 40 minutes to get her in the crate (2 person effort) just for us to show up to locked doors and dimmed lights. The office completely failed to notify us that they were closed on veteran's day despite letting us book the appointment for this day and google saying they are open. I'm coming to help to write my first review. I called ahead to get an estimate for my dogs checkup. But by the time they were done up selling and adding things on, it was nearly 4x the quoted price. They tried to sell me an ear wash for $60 that's available for $9 online. They do the exam in the back room and not in front of the owner, which made me feel uncomfortable and I've never had that experience with other vets in the past.

I went here today and no one was in the building . I stood at the front thinking the receptionist stepped away but no one was there but me . I went to the back and knocked and everyone's computer wa signed out . They are so unprofessional mind you it's 1pm

I would rate a zero stars if i could! This location is so lazy. They only allow a 5 minute grace period. The Marietta location is so nice, clean and understanding. The receptionist told me the tech and vet told her that they wouldn't see my dog because it wasn't enough time! My dog was going to this location for 3 years and they won't be coming back! Please if you can help it, take your dog to the Marietta location or another vet altogether!

My thoughts on their competency are influenced by the fact that this place is unfortunately a corporate business. They do take walk-ins. But they are constantly on the upsell, to make their numbers. Be prepared to say "no" to unnecessary procedures and stuff they try to sell you. The vet I saw was abrasive and dismissive. I'm sure his medicine was good but his bedside manner could use some help.

The staff is friendly and the place is clean but their prices are outrageous considering they are not specialist. I bought the membership but then realized it was too hard to even get an appointment if I had an urgent issue. I got a quote for a regular dental cleaning for $600!!! That's without any extractions. Like, do these folks work on commission?? They are forever making extra suggestions that are not necessary.
