Tim went above and beyond in making a quick turn Million Dollar+ loan happen for us. He provided easy access to online paperwork and used an excellent portal to transfer documents back and forth. Great way to communicate and stay on top of things. We sold, purchased (and closed both) on the same day...and when our Buyer's funds didn't transfer until AFTER the wiring deadline, Tim and VIP went out of their way on a Friday Evening to make the deal still happen.
