Tim and his team are extremely responsive and thorough. Tim particularly, took a lot of time to explain things to me, being a first time homebuyer, which I really appreciated. The document signing process was very easy.
There were a lot of things that needed to be completed and quickly to have the loan approval and Tim and his team were informative, straight forward and helped make this process as easy as it could be. I have been really afraid of the whole idea of buying a house because of the process of getting approved and all that goes into that.
