Tim was always available to answer any questions that I had during the process via phone or email. This includes questions outside of standard business hours. He was also very patient & persistent in working through my slightly unusual financial situation. Tim gave above & beyond!!
Very good communication and assistance with getting information organized
The refinancing process was because of Tim and his team. We were able to save more than we expected on our monthly payment. Tim was very patient and detailed in walking us through this whole experience.
