This was a difficult file, due to the HOA having just been sued by the county in order proceed with eminent domain over a small piece of the community's common area. Tim successfully argued that the HOA would not be harmed financially, and the sale proceeded to closing. I'm happy, and so are homeowners in the area who wish to refinance. I've already given Tim's name to one of those homeowners.
This was our first time buying a Home and Tim did an amazing job at explaining the process and answering all our questions.
