Tim and his team were amazing! My husband and I had a fast turn around time for our closing and their team was so diligent to meet every deadline. Tim went above and beyond to answer all of our many questions and help us find what worked best for our needs. They were so on top of every detail and were so friendly and helpful. We will be coming back to this team in the future and I won't hesitate to recommend them to any homebuyers I know!

Tim and his team were communicative, friendly, professional, and helpful. Our only minor inconvenience was once we were asked for documents within 24 hours that we could have been given a lot more notice to get a hold of. Other than that, everything went great! That's excellent for a process as complicated as buying a house out of state while we were selling our first home. I'd highly recommend them!
