The Covid crisis may have dropped rates, but is also created a lot of hurdles. Tim worked hard to help our family navigate through the extra paperwork. Though the process took awhile because of the extra challenges, it is worth it to be able to make the improvements to our home in which we have waited so long to accomplish.
