The Covid crisis may have dropped rates, but is also created a lot of hurdles. Tim worked hard to help our family navigate through the extra paperwork. Though the process took awhile because of the extra challenges, it is worth it to be able to make the improvements to our home in which we have waited so long to accomplish.
Tim and his team listen and someone is always available to answer questions, I always feel like I'm getting the best advice and the best rate.
Tim and his assistant, Will, were great with information and responses for communications. They made the process of refinancing at a great rate pretty straight forward. I will be recommending them should the opportunity present itself.
Overall we had a great experience with Tim. He and his team did a nice job staying on top of our refinance.
