I think Tim and his team were absolutely fantastic! They were not too intrusive or demanding and handled every aspect of the house-buying transaction with a high-level of understanding, patience, and expertise. Closing was quick and easy. Tim was referred to me by my son who had a really good experience with him and his team, choosing Tim for our mortgage needs turned out to be a great decision. Overall, I felt Tim and Will were looking after my interests. I felt a level of trust with them that made my family very comfortable with the process. Tim exhibited personal interest to ensure the process went as smooth as possible for us, and explained it thoroughly as we moved through it. Further, he was postured to not let outside influences (such as the VA appraisal concern) delay closing. He was great to work with and I will definitely recommend him.
