THE LOAN PROCESS, WENT VERY SMOOTHLY, FOR US AND THE UPDATES TIM GAVE, WERE VERY HELPFUL TO US. WALKED US THRU THE PROCESS, AND LEARNING NEW THINGS VIA COMPUTER ALSO. WORKING FROM THE OTHERSIDE OF THE U.S. WAS EASIER THAN EXPECTED.

The entire team at VanDyk was very thorough and knowledgeable. There was never any question or wondering on my end as to what documents needed to be submitted, what had been completed, and what the next steps were.
From the beginning to the end the process was excellent. I can say excellent as I just had come from another Lender that at the end of the process, ready to close denied my loan. I was referred to Tim and I presented my scenario to him. He knew right from the start he could help me and not waste my time. I felt so involved especially with the program floify which keeps you well informed of where you are at all times in the process. I was able to close in just three weeks.
As an out of state buyer, I had been given the runaround by another lender for over a year. I finally called Tim at VanDyke Mortgage, and within 2 months of contacting him, I was closed on a house. Tim was able to understand my unique circumstances, and was up front and honest from the beginning on what he thought the best option was for me. With his no nonsense approach, I was able to get everything done, and he was always available if I had questions.
