I made an appointment with Tim and he spent two hours with us going over all of our options and followed through on all of his promises. Can't ask for anything more. I will recommend Tim to anyone in need of a reputable banker.

Tim was a consummate professional throughout our entire mortgage lending process. He was responsive, proactive and extremely detailed throughout each step. It didn't matter if it was late at night or a weekend, Tim answered texts and emails almost instantaneously. He and his team are top notch. Tim Martin was perfect. I had a preconceived idea that I needed to get my mortgage through a bank. My bank was not helpful with the process in terms of time or info. My realtor suggested I go through a mortgage broker, specifically Tim. I emailed him and he answered me in 10 minutes. We talked and he answered all my questions. Tim is a consummate professional. Every step of the mortgage approval process, he explained what was happening and what he needed. He was always willing to answer any of my or my wife's questions. He was very patient with and friendly to this first time home buyer.

Tim was great! He was recommended by my agent and I chose him as my lender because he replied to all my questions really quick, explained everything in details and gave good advice and suggestions. Through the process he stayed engaged and his team was great. I'd definitely work with him again and would recommend to anyone looking for a lender.

Tim is the best! As a small business owner, getting guidance on how to apply for and obtain a mortgage could have been difficult... but thankfully we were referred to Tim. Tim patiently guided us through the application and underwriting process and prepared us for what to expect at each phase thru closing. It's clear Tim is a very experienced professional and we benefited from his friendly approach and professionalism.

Tim is very knowledgeable about lending, patient, and give solid advice. He was willing to take time to explain the process point out potential pitfalls and make suggestions on how they could be avoided. All of this was prior to us selecting him as an agent. Once selected him and his team stayed engaged with us and made sure the process went smoothly.

I first chose Tim because his rate and fees came lower than others. As I got to work further with him and his team, I became more impressed. Correspondence were quick and most stuff were done online, followups were conducted (where appropriate) to other parties like getting more details directly from my chosen insurance agent. Tim and his team were amazing to work with. They were on top of every aspect of the mortgage process and kept us informed every step of the way. When we had questions, he answered them quickly, thoroughly and succinctly, making a sometimes overwhelming process, super easy to follow and understand.
