If you want a mortgage lender that is honest trustworthy caring ,will guide you through the entire process. Tim is your man ,he always was available to answer any questions I had and believe me they were a lot with not a problem,always called me back on time right away, I heard of a lot of horror stories about mortgage lenders and this was definitely not one of them, thank you Tim for a fantastic professional experience.

Tim and his team made an ordinarily painful process seem fairly easy and straight-forward. He took his time to understand our situation and then walk us through a variety of options, ensuring we understood everything. He guided us well, without being pushy at all, to decide on what mortgage made the most sense for us. Our friend/realtor referred us to Tim, and I’m so glad he did! Tim was extremely helpful from the start. Tim and his team were consummate professionals during the entire process. Tim secured a pre-approval for us quickly and was very responsive every time we needed a commitment letter when we were bidding on houses. He got us a great rate, and then he worked with us to finalize all of the paperwork for the lender. We closed on-time with no surprises. We can't say enough good things about Tim and his team.
