Tim was recommended to us by our realtor/friend. We are very thankful for Tim and his professional, responsive and honest assistance with the whole mortgage process from beginning to the end. He made himself available to us at the oddest times always answering our questions, and boy did I have questions! Thank you for being patient and explaining the entire process along the way! Where to start? Our realtor recommended Tim as the best in the biz and sure enough she was right. He knows his stuff and is more than willing to talk you through each step of the process. Our realtor recommended we work with Tim on a complicated short sale. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail to my husband and me. We were first time home buyers so there was a lot we need to learn and of course nothing was standard given the short sale. Tim worked around our schedule and was so available, even after hours and on weekends. This deal wouldn't have closed without Tim.

If you want a mortgage lender that is honest trustworthy caring ,will guide you through the entire process. Tim is your man ,he always was available to answer any questions I had and believe me they were a lot with not a problem,always called me back on time right away, I heard of a lot of horror stories about mortgage lenders and this was definitely not one of them, thank you Tim for a fantastic professional experience.
