Our realtor recommended we work with Tim on a complicated short sale. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail to my husband and me. We were first time home buyers so there was a lot we need to learn and of course nothing was standard given the short sale. Tim worked around our schedule and was so available, even after hours and on weekends. This deal wouldn't have closed without Tim.
