Tim was recommended by our realtor when we moved to CT last year. He walked us through the process, gave us as many details as he could, and when we asked to shorten our closing period significantly he gave us all the help and support we needed to get that done. Great job -super responsive and super helpful throughout. I will definitely recommend Tim to and friends (and family if applicable) who are buying a home.

Tim Martin was very thorough in explaining the process and in educating us as first time home buyers. He would point out our own applicable situation and how it would be affected by whatever market conditions at the time. The Guaranteed Rate website and emails made it easy to upload our documents and keep tabs on our progress. I would highly recommend Tim given his track record and ability to translate every step of the process especially to first timers.

We spoke to Tim Martin by chance and asked him for quote. We had initial papers already signed with other broker. Tim gave us much better rate, took time to guide us through whole process. His team was very fast and worked independently with my lawyer and agent. Lawyer said later Tim's team was best of the best he was dealing with.
