Tim really went above and beyond with my mortgage. I originally received a very good low rate from a different lender that I thought no one else would be able to beat. However, when I checked back with Tim, he was able to find a way to match the lower rate and provide lower closing costs. The entire mortgage application process was also very smooth and quick. I definitely recommend working with Tim, even if just comparing with other lenders. I'm sure he will do everything he can to get you the most competitive offer.

Being a first time homebuyer can be stressful, however Tim and his team were amazing every step of the way. I felt like I was the only one they were working with. Tim was recommended by our realtor when we moved to CT last year. He walked us through the process, gave us as many details as he could, and when we asked to shorten our closing period significantly he gave us all the help and support we needed to get that done. Tim Martin was very thorough in explaining the process and in educating us as first time home buyers. He would point out our own applicable situation and how it would be affected by whatever market conditions at the time. The Guaranteed Rate website and emails made it easy to upload our documents and keep tabs on our progress. I would highly recommend Tim given his track record and ability to translate every step of the process especially to first timers.
