Tim was an incredible asset during our homebuying process. He was always a text or phone call away and took time to answer any questions we had (even the silly ones as first time homebuyers). He went above and beyond the night of our closing when there was a paperwork mishap with our legal rep and Tim made it his personal mission to ensure we closed on time. This was my second transaction with Tim and both were very smooth. He takes the time up front to understand your situation which avoids issues later on. It isn’t just about closing the deal, he actually wants to ensure you are making a financially solid decision and is looking out for your best interests. The application process (personal information, financial accounts and supplemental documents) was really easy, I was able to do 95% of it from my phone.

With Tim's help getting our first mortgage, my wife and I bought our current house in 2014 . He was thorough in all aspects of the process and extremely clear with what needed to be done. Since then, I sought his opinion on a few occasions for refinancing.
