When I say I am in tears at work right now because I literally listened to the staff here when trying to acquire a new vehicle through them, I purchased a new full coverage insurance policy for 219.75, I then took the risk of falling behind on my current vehicle payment financed through a different company, gave them 100.00 to hold the vehicle and I still didn’t get approved. Do not trust this dealership. We drove 3 hours and 40 minutes to get this “fantastic good-looking 4runner.” We had talked to the dealership over 4 days and worked on the deal and discussed the vehicle multiple times. They knew how far we were driving. We get there and the vehicle had previously been wrecked which they failed to disclose in our conversations. Bought my car, check engine light came on week later, the sent to another dealership. Got it back, they stated car was repaired and paid for all of it. Never received paperwork. A few months later car breaks down. Try to take it back was sent to other dealership. Dealership tells me nothing was done except resetting codes. Yet again car breaks down. The car needed a new catalytic converter. Paid way to much for vehicle. Be sure to take any used cars to another mechanic before buying.

I took my daughter to Tim Short to buy a vehicle. yhe gas tank was empty when we drove off and our sales man said the price was in the low teens with financing. When my husband co-signed the paperwork and brought it home, it was 16,000 that is not the low teens. the cat was 8,800 minus the 500 deposit. my daughter is paying twice the amount for the car. Business shouldnt be done that way. I know everyone wants money, but not when you are taking advantage of a young mother.

I scheduled an appointment to test drive a truck. I scheduled it Friday afternoon for Monday after work. The sales representative sent me a text Friday to confirm. I get there 4 minutes prior to the time I said I would and let the representative know I'm there and get told to come on in via text message. Another sales person goes to alert the one I've been texting I'm there. He then comes back and lets me know the truck was sold. No big deal, things happen and I waited several days to come see it. I’ve never had so much trouble trying to test drive or discuss test driving a car for a 24 hour period. They seem to want to discuss firm prices before they will allow. I was told management (bc it is up to them) is calling you right now and didn’t receive a call for at least an hour. When I returned call mgt not available. Most unprofessional dealership I have experienced in the Clarksville area. They seem very shady with wanting contract before test drive. I will/would not do business with them.
