Army leadership warns soldiers about dealerships like Tim Short Mitsubishi. This is the true definition of “Shady car lot.” There are 66 dealerships in Clarksville, this should be one that you skip. Horrible service and they nickel and dime you every step of the way, I will warn against this place. Myself or my soldiers will NEVER make a purchase from this dealership. Horrible management!
Watch the numbers if your trading a vehicle in. They tell you a certain amount then turn around and completely move the numbers around and raise the purchase vehicle price up. There was no actual cash value used when trading in.

This dealership lies. Make sure to have your financing before you get their because their finance branch will try to beat you and stick you with higher rates. Also, the manager/owner stated one of the issues on the vehicle that I bought would be fixed but when I came to pick it up it wasn't addressed. The only person that helped fix one of the issues was the parts manager. I have purchased several vehicles and have excellent credit, due yourself a favor and avoid this dealership.
Originally I left a five star review but after having the car we bought from Tim Short for only five months here I am writing another. So my husband and I bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla with 5K miles and have had nothing but problems with it. Buying a Toyota, let alone a nearly brand new one, you would expect it to be flawless. So far, with only 11K miles on the vehicle we’ve had to have a head gasket replaced due to coolant leaking and found in one of the cylinders, the AC unit doesn’t work correctly to defrost the winds... read more
Jamorris Fluker was rude and disrespectful to me .. horrible sales experience! Too many car lots to choose from to take this kind of abuse from this individual
Took 6 hours, 3, visits to buy a used car. On top of that , they did not disclose that the vehicle was in an accident. They supposedly detailed the car, but when I drove it off the lot, the inside of the windshield was filthy. Their general manager is a real piece of work, Avoid at all costs!

This place is a joke not to mention the sales representative was more concerned about his phone being lost then went to talk to one of his friends even though I had $2100 dollars cash I was turned down
The employees here are unprofessional and condescending. Im glad i got my money back i will never be back.
