Came in for oil change (scheduled). Ended up getting an alignment. It took 4 hours and 40 minutes. There was absolutely no communication from the staff. I just moved her from Texas and I never had this issue (communication). It turns out they they didn't have the equipment to do the alignment and they had to take it offsite. That would have been nice to know before I agreed to have it done.
