you sold My Grandson who's in the army a car with a salvage title and didn't disclose it. so IF TIM SHORT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT OUR MILITARY SOLDIERS. THEN YOUR DEALERSHIPS ARE WORTH BUY A CAR FROM. THIS IS WHY DEALERSHIP GET A BAD NAME CAUSE THE ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY NOT THE CUSTOMER! WE ARE NOTIFIED THE BANK AND GETTING A HOLD OF THE NEWS.

You are mistaken. We have not and will not sell a vehicle with a salvage title. Many of our staff, myself included, are veterans. I can assure you that taking care of all customers, especially our military customers, is our top priority.
I bought my car from them previously and loved them. went back to purchase a truck and my sales person was not helpful. had multiple customers and didn't want to listen to what I wanted. not going back

I drove 2 1/2 hrs to look at a car. We made a deal after we agreed they were gonna run credit then decided after the fact they made a mistake of 2500 dollars. Not my mistake, theirs. Then I decided not to give them the money because they were too high. I point blank asked if Donnie run credit yet and they said no. Well come to find out they did so they lied to us. Bought a used Murano in April and took it in to my local dealership for an oil change this week to find out the rear a-arms were missing bolts and were about to fall out. The vehicle has been wrecked but didn’t show up on carfax. They said it was a death trap to drive in this condition. $1000 later it is fixed. You would think if they had done a complete inspection this would have been noticed. BEWARE of what you buy here!!!!!!!!
sales people were very unprofessional sales mank kept disappearing had to go up front and ask for different salesman ended up with the same one not so sure that my credit won't be compromised sales man took pictures of our drivers licences with his personal phone I had to complete my info on his lap top he was having so much trouble with processing it so I definitely do not recommend this car carnival
I wrote a raving review about a purchase I made from them in October of 2018 and here I am months later with a vehicle I can’t even drive. Why you may ask? My vehicle has two different VIN numbers registered to the SKIM module. The locksmith that came out hasn’t seen this, they couldn’t even make me a key! Tried to buy a red f250 from there. Stood outside one day for almost 30 mins and no one came to help. The next day I came back and stood there and looked at trucks for nearly 15 minutes while a salesman looked right at me but never came to help me just played on his phone and walked away. When I went inside that very salesman decided he was going to try and help me as I was asking the manager if anyone wanted to work around there and I told the guy he had every opportunity to help but I wanted someone else. Last time I went to Mitsubishi they OFFERED me 13% with good credit. Some others were there who had bad credit and were offered 0%. I told them they could keep their cars just because I pay my bills they wanted to punish me. I was told they were first time buyers. I left with a really bad taste for Mitsubishi.
Y’all really don’t want me to leave a review. Because I can list everything wrong about this purchase. It said it came with backup camera an there’s no backup camera. The images posted showed no damage to passenger door. I told the sales guy about it and he said, it’s okay sometimes things happen. Wouldn’t come down on price for damage. Didn’t notice there was no backup camera until after I left which it’s stated it came with it therefore by rights y’all should be responsible for installing it free of charge.
