Update: I was contacted by an office manager and informed that Dr Dar had offered to fix the broken crown free of charge. He was also very gracious and apologetic about the situation. I would still never work with their downtown surgeon who denied me service because I couldn’t afford an uncovered and unnecessary service. I received two crowns from Timber Dental in 2021. The first was in September on #18. The Second was in December on #19. At the end of July 2023 my crown on #18 fell off while I was eating mashed potatoes. I was informed by Dr Dar that he would address the problem without charging me because the crown had recently been placed and should not have fallen off.
