Usually I have a great experience here but the person checking me out straight up lied to me and told me that I didn’t pay for a fluoride treatment during my last cleaning. I told him I did not, and when I asked him for the paper work he didn’t have it so I know he was just trying to up charge me. The dental hygienist was great but the customer service was horrible.

RecommendedThey are very caring and their whole business system shows that. You leave a message for an emergency outside their business hours and you get text message immediately from a human asking what I needed. And I got an appointment next morning. The doctor wasn’t my regular doc but he did a very thorough tests, twice, along with his assistance, and made a diagnosis to rule out my “worst case scenario”. Also they care about the environment and community in general. I like them a lot.

I am a patient of Timber Dental at Bethany Village for year and a half, I guess from the time they open this location. Every time they recommended an extra service and ripped the insurance. I have a loose implant from my previous dentist, it is from manufacturer Hiossen, one of the leaders in the market and Timber dental does not have tools to help me out.
