3 experiences where I was led to believe that 1 appt would suffice but had to have repeat appts to get things handles properly. Possible Insurance Abuser. Not interested in patients pain management, only return visits $$$ + on another visit to discuss a permanent tooth replacement, Timber dental was more expensive WITH INSURANCE than Perfect Choice WITHOUT Insurance... possible insurance abuser. Timber Dental staff do not speak appropriately with their patients. What disturbed me most was not being believed, acknowledged or listened to. Easily the worst first experience at a dental office ever. I called because I had a broken tooth and due to change in insurance I needed to find a new dentist. This is already a scary endeavor for me as I have real dental fear. (Side note- this was noted on my intake paperwork that clearly no one read) They told me they couldn’t see me for four days. This review is intended to warn anybody seeking emergency dental services, or those with any level of dental anxiety, to avoid this organization like the plague! I badly cracked a tooth Wed, exposing a nerve and resulting in blinding pain. I followed Timber Dental’s aggressive online marketing for emergency dental services and was scheduled same day. They send way too many text message reminders. Seriously. Expect no less than five messages for any given appointment. Plus expect a text message to asking you to review them.
Google reviews are false. Timber Dental is only good if you like coming back for the same appointment because they don't have the tools to work on your teeth and if you want to pay 500% over their estimate for out-of-pocket work. Nothing like a $771 bill due at your appointment they said before would only be $136. If you want that kind of shock, Timber Dental is the place for you.
Usually I have a great experience here but the person checking me out straight up lied to me and told me that I didn’t pay for a fluoride treatment during my last cleaning. I told him I did not, and when I asked him for the paper work he didn’t have it so I know he was just trying to up charge me. The dental hygienist was great but the customer service was horrible.
Entire staff ensured visit was pleasant.
