I am a patient of Timber Dental at Bethany Village for year and a half, I guess from the time they open this location. Every time they recommended an extra service and ripped the insurance. I have a loose implant from my previous dentist, it is from manufacturer Hiossen, one of the leaders in the market and Timber dental does not have tools to help me out. My own experiences with this dentist has been acceptable, but my family members have been treated carelessly and callously, injured and sickened and not recompensed in any way. I will be finding another dentist.
I was a patient for a few years without incident, then I went in for a crown prep in Feb 2018, had my tongue sliced open with a burr grinder by Dr. Kathan. He noted that he "nicked my tongue", apologized, but then would not even pay for the lidocaine they prescribed for the extreme pain I was in. Couldn't eat, drink or speak for 5 days. Then they sent me a letter stating that I would have to go elsewhere for treatment. Cannot recommend this office due to the lack of integrity & basic decency.
I tried Timber Dental on the basis of their reviews and advertisement of affordability. I was looking for a dentist closer to my home. Very fortunately I'm in a position to compare apples to apples because otherwise I would've been overcharged and had painful, expensive procedures done at Timber Dental I didn't need. I definitely would NOT recommend this dentist. On affordability: Timber Dental charges $1480 for a crown compared to $1300 at TenderCare, my regular dentist office, same tooth.
