I wish I could give them 0 stars. We were led to believe this was a legitimate timeshare exit, specifically because people at the ********************* organization highly promoted them. While at first we were getting some communication, that eventually dried up. No response to phone calls, messages, or email.Accountability??

We too were scammed out of nearly $5,000 to remove our timeshare. We began with them in November 2018 of which were very involved with us till early this year. Now they don't reply to our emails and all their phone number are no longer in service. Looking for assistance on suing them for our money

Our disappointment began in 2017. We were told one lie after another, until we started to request the money back after 3yrs. Time frame they had given us was 18mos maybe 24 mos. Once we started demanding the money back, we no longer could get anyone on the phone. We need help desperately need help to get out from under our time share we are now elderly and cannot travel. We could not ever refer this company to anyone. We do not want them to go through what we have experienced.

I agree with all the other complaints. I started my process back in ********************************************************** the estoppel phase, that was Nov 2021. Unbeknownst to me I reached out to them again only to receive an email basically saying they have wind down there operations effective December 31, 2021 and that they have solely been focusing on finalizing the exits for current customers. I have yet to receive any type of communication from them but I keep sending emails hoping someone will respond. Any advise ... read more

ZERO rating! We were scanned by *****************. They took $8000 and appears to have done nothing. We got a letter last week about a lawsuit against them and now we can get out of our timeshare (there was a supposed offer from the timeshare company) if we pay Timeshare Exit Team $500+ . Is this legit? I am all about a class action against *****************. They took our money and never communicated with us. I signed up with ReedHein and paid my money 10/01/18. *****, the woman I talked to assured me that I would get calls on a monthly basis on progress. She also assured me they would refund my money if they couldn't sell it. It never happened. I called repeatedly and left message to no avail. I talked to numerous people over the years and other than promising me that they would sell it I ever got any calls. I would suggest contacting your state attorney general to file a complaint. This is common practice amongst these exit firms. Also happened to many people in ******** with timeshare termination team.

I'm in the same boat as everyone else does anybody out there know what the **** is going on !! If anybody knows please pass it on is there going to be a class action law suit!!!

Does anyone Know if there is a Class Action Lawsuit against Time Share Exit Team. I am in the same boat as many others paid roughly 6K to get rid of our time share. Signed contract in 2018 and got absolutely nothing for my 6K. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Shouls be ZERO STARS but won't let me put ZERO STARS.
