My fianc and I decided we wanted to get out of our timeshare and ********************* supported this group and thats why we chose them. Now here it is three years later and they are nowhere to be found they close the doors December 2021. After paying them almost $8700 we get a letter from our timeshare company willing to Settle if we pay half of what the timeshare is worth. We paid over $3,500 for them to get us out of our timeshare. The ONLY reason we went them is because they were endorsed by D. R. Two years of stringing us along and still nothing. We would like to be added to a class action law suit.
Would like to be part of the lawsuit, probably class-action at this point, to recoup the money they took from us with no communication or resolution. I have a signed contract! is Breach spelled with a capital B?

We began working with ***************** associates since 2019 my husband and l pay them $10,000 they promised to get us out our timeshare with in two years now 2022 weve been trying to call the number disconnected and no one returning emails, this is like a nightmare we are living in we are so hurt and feel scammed , I would like to get with a group to file a law suit about this company.BBB please if u could help us.
We signed a contract with reedhein timeshare exit team on 10/ 8/2016 to exit us from ******************* we paid them $5000 to exit us from resort they told us it could take up to 18 months. First few months they would respond to email then responses took longer now they changed email address tried googling timeshare exit team to get phone number to get updates they just hang up on me when I tell them I have all ready paid them. Would like them to live up to their promise or go be money back.
Took my money and didn't help or provide a service. Now they are out of business
Did not fulfill agreement or honor guarantee to refund money when they failed to get us out of a deceitful contract with a timeshare.
We began working with Reed hein and Associates who represented Timeshare Exist Team back in 2017. We paid upfront $5,700.00 for a 100% guaranteed closure of our Timeshare with Westgate Resorts. They moved us from one company to another to resolve our agreement with Westgate and we heard from them on and off for the first two/three years and then nothing.
