ZERO Stars - We signed a contract with Timeshare Exit Team in 2017 and paid them. The only reason we used them is because FPU endorsed this company. Call them for years and kept being told they are working it. We requested refund after refund after refund. Last heard from them in November 2021 that they were reaching a settlement. April 4 2022 - NO LONGER IN BUSINESS !!! And they took my parents MONEY !
I also signed a contract with Timeshare Exit Team and paid them out with money I did not have. The only reason I used them is because ********************* endorsed this company. I have to always contact them about the next steps. I feel like a fool for even calling. They were convincing and appeared to give steps to help bit did not help at all. I want my money back because they did nothing for me. Now, their number is disconnected and that really tells me they have gotten away with murder.
Entered into a contract with this company in 2018 to help get us out of our timeshare. They said that it would be an easy process, and will not take that long. After about 2 years they started to ignore our phone calls, and would not return them back. Then they told us they are having a different company work on getting us out of our contract with the timeshare. This company was sending monthly updates then same thing no phone calls and nothing happening. Terrible customer service!
I signed a contract with this company and paid them in full with the promise that they will get me out of my timeshare. For 4 years I was told they were working on my file and for me to continue paying the high maintenance fee to the timeshare company, but I couldn't use or contact the timeshare company. Five years ago I entered into a contract with the Timeshare Exit Team to get me out of a Wyndham timeshare contract. As others have previously posted, this company made promises they havent kept. I invested a significant amount of money into this process and have yet to reach a resolution with Wyndham.
