FALSE **** ************************* endorsement, I was looking for a Company that can help Legally remove me from my Timeshare Contract. Was introduced and sign an agreement with ReedHein Timeshare Exit Team on November 1, 2018. Paid $7,234.80. Worked with a case Worker for 1 1/2 years filling out numerous fact pattern sheet. Finally told that the case needed to be handled by 3rd party Law firm. Law firm service was sporadic. BareIy any correspondence and getting frustrating. Timeshare Exit Team is a huge scam. They have taken my money and done nothing since 2018. I have repeatedly requested a refund to no avail. Now they will not answe the phone when I call or return my calls when I leave a message.No ONE, I repeat NO ONE should seek these people out for anything.I rated them with one -star because that was the only way to leave a review. Negative star is what they deserve.

Our parents purchased a time share in ****. After 20 years of enjoyable use, after one parent died and the other in her 90s, the time share was given to us. We had no intention of using it. We contacted ******************************* Timeshare Exit Team to get us out of the obligation of timeshare at *************************. We paid $5,352.46 to ReedHein. We paid over $6k the the "Exit Team" and received nothing from them in regard to help with and "Exit." We called them on numerous occasions and were lied to and told they were working on it, or would get back to us, but they did nothing. Finally, they sent us to a lawyer outside the network and we received no help from there either. In the end our timeshare was foreclosed on and they took our money without providing any promised guidance or assistance. They ripped up off. Terrible company. We paid them for what? This place is a scam. I've been trying to reach out to this place for months. They made empty promises and I'm still stuck in the same situation I was in from the beginning.

Like most all the latest comments, we have gotten no response in months. We paid over $20,000 for them to get us out of the horrible lying world of timeshares. We have emailed, left messages and called the law firm they work with and still no response. Now all the phone numbers are disconnected. It seems like they are out of business without letting their clients know. We want a refund for the services they did not provide as was stated in the contract we signed with them almost 2 years ago.

I started with the Timeshare Exit Team in April 2021. After paying almost $6000 to get rid of my timeshare, everything seemed to be progressing. In July '21, my account was transferred to Gyanna and I received monthly emails through September '21. Nothing since. I tried to contact her and found the number is disconnected. I tried all numbers that I have dealt with during the entire process. All numbers are disconnected or say to contact Timeshare Exit Team. I tried them as well. Signed up with TET in December 2018/January 2019. Have not gotten a complete exit as of yet, and it's been three years. The company stopped their "communication" in September, and that communication was always a generated form note that our account was in whichever phase they said, and it would take some time to fill. From October till now, I have been trying to get someone on the phone to call me, but the phone lines now go to ***************, and they have a reply that someone in management will call, and to keep the lines... read more

This business is not even worth one star. I signed up for their services in 2018. They asked for a down payment of $1500 which I paid along with monthly payments for a while. They promised that they would do their best but did not communicate with me well at all. Lately I have tried to reach them to no avail. I requested that they cancel my account and have emails to prove it. No wonder they were in a lawsuit. ***** P
