If you want out of your Timeshare, these folks are the real deal. And recommended by Dave R****y, but you probably knew that. Caveat: Nothing comes without a price and time spent. Don't expect it to be dirt cheap or instant. You are asking for professional help to do it right, and you get that. The length of time it takes to "Exit" is not up to this Team. The Time Share Exit Team delivered on their promise to get us out of our timeshare in less than a year. The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five was because we were hit with a last minute charge of $1,500 to process the final paperwork that I was not prepared for and seemed very excessive.

The feeling of being freed from a timeshare is indescribable! But if I had to try to explain it I would say it feels something like rushing up out of water and taking a breath of fresh air after being under water holding your breath for as long as you possibly can. It feels like dropping a load off your shoulders after you can't possibly stand any longer. To whom it may concern, My wife and I were looking for a way to get out of our Mexican timeshare. Looking on line we found Reedheim and Associates which had local offices. They were easy to deal with and explained the process in detail and in language we could understand. We signed up and paid a fee up front which they requested. By April 2017 we no longer had our timeshare. We received regular updates on the exit progress throughout and were very pleased with the whole process. It actually worked! My best advice is to be patient with the process! It will take a long time. Our exit took just over 3 1/2 years, but we are proud to say that we are finally rid of the biggest mistake we've ever made!

The original time share company we joined with was sold and sold again. As such, the bylaws and costs kept changing. So we are grateful to the TimeShareExitTeam for their expertise and hard work in getting out out of an undesirable situation. Yes there is a cost, but it is far less than having to continue to pay the raising maintenance fees. It is money well spent.
