I contacted them to get me out of a Kahana Falls timeshare on the island of Maui. They connected my computer to theirs and I was able to see their complete presentation. They covered all the steps I would have to take in supplying them various financial documents (i.e. Deed of Trust, Initial sales agreement, etc). I heard about the Timeshare Exit Team from the Dave Ramsey Show. My timeshare kept creeping up in price while the value of the properties kept declining. I had financial difficulties but managed to pay for the very expensive service of ridding myself of the timeshare. While they are not cheap...It is worth the peace of mind, not having this burden every year of paying for a timeshare that I did not use.

Timeshare Exit Team, by ReedHein & Associates, helped us to get rid of our Timeshare. We were on vacation in Las Vegas back one Summer, when we were misled through a high-pressure sales presentation, into buying a timeshare at the Reno Plaza Resort. I would like to recommend the staff at Reed Hein for assisting me with exiting my timeshare contract last year. I worked with a very pleasant consultant who made every step of the process easy for me to accomplish despite my challenges with technology. They completed my exit in a very timely manner and kept me updated with emails all along the way. Everything was done over the phone and of course, I was hesitant to trust anyone after the whole Time Share trap I found myself in. Dave Ramsey approved of them, and I know he doesn't put his name on just anyone. I figured if Dave trusted them, so could I. Thankfully, I was out of my timeshare in under 3 months and I never even think about it anymore. We contacted the Timeshare Exit Team this last fall, of 2019. They were very timely in responding back to us and getting us started on the journey of being free from our timeshare! The end of November we received notification that we were no longer timeshare owners. The Exit Team helped guide us to this freedom! It is a great feeling to be free from our timeshare!
