The process was a long one, I have to admit. However the associate that handled my case in the end was so great... she looked through everything and then Bam! I received my exit letter. Patience is key.... but this company told me what to expect upfront and that you do have a money back guarantee. Thank you to all the wonderful team members at Reid Hein and Associates

The Timeshare Exit Team is the real deal!! We are so grateful to them for getting us out of our timeshare. They were very professional, kept us informed of every step along the process, but most importantly, accomplished what they said they would do!! I highly recommend them to everyone, who wants honest representation to assist in terminating their timeshare contracts.

Unfortunately, they were unable to negotiate an exit for me; however, they did give me my money back without any problem. They really did try their best but the time share was not budging. They were in contact with me all the time about the process. They respected my decision when I wanted my money back from them. Although they didn't get me my exit, I will say they are a trustworthy company based on my experience.

Although this process was lengthy, we did achieve being released from our deed from Wyndham Time Share. It took the whole 18 months the TET explained it would. Our complaint would be that there is very little communication throughout this time period. We had to call half a dozen times and always got a different person to talk to which did not provide much reassurance. Also, we were confused by the final payment necessary to complete the process. The Timeshare Exit group was the answer to my prayers in getting me out of the nightmare of my timeshare. I thought I was stuck forever in a situation where I was obligated to face annual increases in maintenance fees that would never justify my availability to use the timeshare location. Doing business with Timeshare Exit Team was so much easier than I had anticipated. Their team was professional and kept us informed of what was needed and the progress being made. We debated for years on the best way to extricate ourselves from our timeshare because the annual dues kept rising and rising. It was such a blessing to have found Timeshare Exit Team when we did.

Time share exit team was able to get us out of our timeshare within a year! There was nothing quite like the feeling that I got when I receive the email explaining that we were finally able to get out of our timeshare! They were easy to work with from the start. The only thing that I wish would’ve been better was communication through the process, though I don’t know if that’s possible.
