My watch came back perfectly as wanted, and the price was so worth it, would definitely recommend if you’re wanting your watch repaired would definitely go there.
The gentleman that served, was the most positive, helpful, knowledgeable, engaged, customer positive, person, I've ever come across I can only apologise to him, that I didnt get his name, to relay here. The system installed, for one reason or another, wasn't adhered to, not the correct form, not the correct procedure, but, from the initial "ticket" issued, the staff worked together, understood what happened, and, the end result was a very satisfied customer.

Ian and his colleagues at , Hunts Cross are fantastic. They fixed my daughters necklace which was an incredibly fine gold chain. Also a short while ago went above and beyond to fix my watch that my dad bought for me 30 years ago where no parts were available. They managed to find a donor watch to repair iit. I am so grateful.
