Had my ankle chain repaired at Timpson Aylesford. The gentleman who works there was very helpful and I had my anklet fixed and returned within 2 weeks

I have recently had my grandfather’s 19th c pocket watch repaired and overhauled back to working order. It was a bit pricey but I imagine some parts would have had to been sourced or made. It would have been nice to have had a full breakdown of the repairs too. Otherwise it works and what’s the point in having a broken watch?
I fully trust Timpson staff to repair my watches. The staff are always kind, polite and knowledgeable.
Excellent service very helpful at Asda Timsons in Inverness talked me through my options. I am really happy with the new watch face as it is an older watch with sentimental value and couldn't get a fossil outlet to repair. I would definitely recommend and use this service again, thank you.
Sent my watch off from Timpson’s to be repaired, communication that the watch was ready to be collected was missed so had to call after 4 weeks to request an update. When I collected it, the hands of the watch had been damaged in transit and had fallen off… under the warranty i was able to send it off and repaired again for free. My watch is fixed and works perfectly now, just had some issues in the process, perhaps my case was just unlucky

The only reason I’ve given 4 stars is because Timpsons were unable to service or repair my watch where parts are not available. This is no fault of Timpsons where their customer service and progress updates, along with feedback on why it was not possible to proceed with the work, was clear and timely.
Sent my muched loved Sekonda in for a Service and Repair, this is a watch my son gave me for christmas many years ago, one of the small buttons had fallen out, recieved my watch back on 04/08/2026, complete new internal mechanism has been fitted and side buttons fixed, and came back absolutely gleeming, i'm so very pleased and a massive thank you to the staff at Timpsons in ASDA Slough for their help and advise, brilliant customer service, many thanks.
