Excellent service. The watch went in and needed a service, l was told what the price would be. It was sent away and came back with a new movement and is better than new. Great job, good price, very happy with the service. Would recommend and definitely use again.

I am over the moon with the superb service from Timpsons. The kind gentleman checked the battery that had been replaced just 4 months previously and then explained that my 10 year old watch was still not working so needed a service. He was spot on and just 2 weeks later my watch came back with a new movement and a very happy and appreciative owner. Thank you 😊

Excellent service, went in for a multijob (dry cleaning, 2 x batteries and to enquire about a jewlerry repair) all super quickly arrange, batteries where done there and then, the suit a few days later and then i had an email regarding the jewlery repair, with what could be done, cost and all seemed very reasonable. Once agreed a very quick turnaround and now i have a very happy wife with a fixed bracelet in time for holidays

Timson's price for ring resizing was extremely competitive compared with well known jewellers, and the job was done exactly to expectations. I highly recommend them, and I would use their ring resizing service again.
